Abstract:
Disclosed are a discontinuous reception parameter configuration method, a paging monitoring method, a device, and a terminal. The discontinuous reception parameter configuration method is applied to a network device. The network device comprises a first network device of a core network and/or a second network device of a wireless access network. The configuration method comprises: a first network device and/or a second network device configures an extended discontinuous reception (eDRX) parameter for a terminal, the eDRX parameter being used for the terminal in an inactive state to monitor paging, and the eDRX parameter comprising an eDRX cycle and/or the length of a paging time window (PTW).
