Abstract:
Disclosed are a discrete gradient color spectrum constructed by the coupling and blending of four primary color fibers and the spinning of a gradient color yarn. The mass of four primary color fibers is taken as a carrier to construct an increasing and decreasing mass sequence, and same is combined and paired as a four primary color fiber mass coupling and blending and gradient blending model. Based on the model, a discrete gradient color spectrum of the four primary color fibers and a discrete algorithm of the draft ratio of a spun color yarn with a discrete gradient color are constructed, and the discrete gradient effect of the yarn color based on the coupling and blending of the four primary colors is obtained, and same is used to spin yarn with color serialization characteristics with a discrete color gradient, or to spin gradient color yarn with a natural color gradient effect on one yarn. Therefore, on the basis of the coupling mass ratio between the four primary color fibers, a secondary color matching between the multiple primary color fibers can be efficiently achieved, and a discrete gradient serialized color and a discrete gradient color are obtained within the full color range space, so as to accurately obtain discrete and gradient color yarns of each color corresponding to the four color fibers.
