Abstract:
The present invention relates to a discrete vehicle-mounted navigation system comprising: a base (11) for use in being embeddedly mounted at a vehicle central control console and comprising a display screen and a control circuit board on the rear side of the display screen, where the circuit board comprises thereon a control module and, electrically connected thereto, a display driver module, a power supply module, and a radio module having an antenna; a vehicle-mounted antenna box (12) connected via a cable to the base and comprising a housing allowing for electromagnetic wave penetration, multiple antennae arranged internally and together except for the radio antenna of the present system, and a circuit board providing an electrical connection; the circuit board also is provided with or electrically connected to a controller, a SIM card socket, and peripheral connection interfaces exposed on the housing of the vehicle-mounted antenna; and, a main control center either separated from the base or arranged within an external CPU card (13) and comprising a central processing unit and, electrically connected thereto, a memory module, an audio module, a display module, and a wireless module. This vehicle-mounted navigation system greatly facilitates conservation of maintenance costs and does not affect basic requirements when malfunctioned.
