Abstract:
In the present invention, before a main washing step is performed, objects (8) to be cleaned are accommodated inside a cleaning tank (2), and then, a preliminary washing step is performed. The preliminary washing step includes a preliminary washing operation with cleaning water jetted from a cleaning nozzle (7), and an ion introduction operation for activating an electrostatic atomization device (18) and supplying charged particulate water into the cleaning tank (2) with blown air. As a result, a dishwasher can be achieved that can more reliably suppress the generation of odor and the proliferation of bacteria caused by food sediment adhered to the objects (8) to be cleaned inside the cleaning tank (2).
