Embodiments of the present application disclose a disinfection device, and relate to the technical field of oral cleaning. The disinfection device comprises a body and a cover that are hinged to one another, a driving member that is disposed on the body, a disinfection assembly, and a reset member. The cover can, by means of the driving member, drive the disinfection assembly to open. When the cover rotates from a closed position to an open position, the reset member can drive the driving member away from the disinfection assembly, so that the disinfection assembly is closed. As such, when the cover is close to the closed position, the disinfection assembly can be started up to disinfect a part to be disinfected in an accommodating tank, and the disinfection assembly can be closed after the cover leaves the closed position, thereby ensuring that disinfection time can be controlled, and improving the disinfection effect and safety during use. At the same time, the cover is moved out of the closed position in a non-disinfection state, which can ensure that the disinfection assembly cannot be started up, and prevent power consumption caused starting up the disinfection assembly in the non-disinfection state.
