Abstract:
The present invention acquires the frame rate of a clip information file recorded at the beginning of a file system of an optical disk (d) and sets said frame rate as the initial frame rate of a video output before video stream decoding has started. The video is output at this initial frame rate before and after the start of the video stream decoding.
