Description:
Dispenser, especially for liquid hygiene agents

The invention relates to a dispenser, especially for liquid hygiene agents, such soap, shampoo or liquid disinfectants.

Known solutions used for fixing containers and dispensers containing cleaning agents were based on a permanent connection of the container holder with the wall.

A solution for fixing a dispenser is known from the Polish patent application no. P. 384 492, characterized in that it is a contoured handle, which is mounted with its rear plane to the wall, while the front profiled element of the handle is detachably placed in the a socket cup with a metering valve cap, in which socket cup a container with a cleaning agent is placed.

The Polish utility model no. Ru 35 113 discloses fixing a soap dish to a smooth wall or tile with suction cups.

The German application no. DE 43 01 746 discloses a container equipped with plurality of suction cups on its rear wall, for fixing the contained to a wall. A relatively complicated mechanism, employing a lever and valves, is proposed to operate the suction cups by the user, to perform the mounting/dismounting action. The mechanism is activated by pressing side surface of the container.

However, these known solutions do not solve the problem of safe use of liquid cleaning and disinfecting agents possessed under a shower, e.g. when traveling or going to a swimming pool, where specific bacteriological risks occur.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a simple and effective solution allowing for temporary attaching containers and dispensers filled with a liquid cleaner or disinfectant to a wall.

According to the invention, a dispenser, especially for liquid hygiene agents, having a container for a liquid and a fixing element, is characterized in that said fixing element is located on one of the walls of the container and comprises at least one suction cup, while a valve is located in the bottom part of the container and a pressing area is located on a wall of the container, opposite to that on which the fixing element is located.

Preferably, the fixing element comprises a set of multiple suction cups.

Preferably, the pressing area has a convex shape.

In one of the preferred embodiments of the invention, a mounting plane with suction cups is affixed to a wall of the container of the dispenser opposite the wall on which the pressing area is located.

Preferably, the pressing area is an element opening the valve.

Preferably, a dispenser according to the invention has a sling located opposite of the valve.

In a particularly favorable embodiment of the invention, the dispenser is integrally formed, e.g. of polyethylene or other plastic.

Beneficial effects of the invention include a possibility of convenient use of the container or dispenser with soap or gel under the shower or in the bathroom, especially when it is not possible to safely place the container or dispenser there, for reasons of hygiene and bacteriological risks. The fixing element according to the invention allows for easy and convenient mounting of the container or dispenser to a smooth wall or tiles under a shower or above a wash basin.

The invention has been illustrated in embodiments in the attached drawings, in which:

Fig. 1. shows the first embodiment of a dispenser in front view,

Fig. 2. shows a part of the dispenser of fig. 1 in a longitudinal section,

Fig. 3. shows the dispenser of fig. 1 having a profiled rear wall in rear view,

Fig. 4. shows a part of the dispenser of fig. 1 having a profiled rear wall in a longitudinal section,

Fig. 5. shows another embodiment of a dispenser in front view, Fig.6. shows a part of a cross section of the dispenser of fig. 5 with one suction cup,

Fig. 7 shows two embodiments of a dispenser with a sling, a) one in a front view, b) another one in a side view, with a mounting plane with suction cups affixed,

Fig. 8. shows a part of another embodiment of a container in a cross section, having a mounting plane with suction cups affixed to the rear wall,

Fig. 9. shows a dispenser in a view from the rear wall, having a mounting plane,

Fig. 10. shows dispensers having container of various shapes, with suction cups on one of the walls.

The fixing element in the form of a set of suction cups 2 is located on the rear wall of the container 1 of a dispenser. By means of set of suction cups 2, the container 1 of the dispenser is mounted to a smooth wall 7. On the front wall of the container 1, a convex pressing area 4 is located, and in the bottom part of the dispenser a valve 5 is located.

The existence of the pressing area 4 makes it easier for the user to attach the inventive dispenser to a wall etc. By using the pressing area 4 the fixing of the dispenser to the wall is systematically improved, because each time the user presses the area 4 - he simultaneously presses the suction cups 2 against the wall. Moreover, if the pressing area 4 is appropriately located, it may a lso be used to open the valve 5 when pressed, as provided in one of the preferred embodiment of the present invention.

Using a set of suction cups 2 rather than just one suction cup as the fixing element has several advantages. Comparing to one big suction cup - several smaller suction cups provide easier mounting the dispenser to the wall and dismounting it, because less force is sufficient to attach/detach the cups to the wall. Moreover, the fixing is then more reliable and durable - because if one or even several out of a set of suction cups get broken down - the fixing is still wel l possi ble, contra ry to a case when only one suction cup is used. As a ppa rent from favoura ble em bodi ments ill ustrated i n the attached drawings, a set of suction cups 2 is preferably realized with suction cups of such a size (in particular: diameter) that several cups (in particular - two, three, four, five or six) fits across the real wall of the container 1.

In the next embodiment, a part of the rear wall of the container 1 is profiled in such a way that its surface is ejected outwards in relation to the remaining part of the plane with suction cups 2, and is situated in line with the ends of the set of suction cups. In a further embodiment of dispenser, only one suction cup 2 is located on the rear wall of the container 1.

In another embodiment, a set of suction cups 2 is located on a mounting plane 3, while the mounting plane 3 is affixed to the rear wall of the container 1.

Regardless of the fixing element for fixing the dispenser to a smooth wall 7 by one or a set of suction cups 2 located on one of the walls of the container 1, the dispenser may also be equipped with a sling 6, situated in the top part of the container 1.

In a particularly favorable embodiment, the dispenser according to the invention is integrally formed, together with suction cup or cups 2 and optionally the sling 6. This makes the inventive dispenser simpler as far as its construction is concerned and cheaper to manufacture and at the same time lighter, more durable and more reliable.

Finally, it is also possible to place an advertisement or another information, e.g. in written form and/or in the form of a picture, on the front wall of the inventive dispenser. In particular, this may be a company's logo or trade mark.
