Title:
DISPENSER FOR SUPPLYING TOOTHPASTE ONTO A TOOTHBRUSH
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/152561
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a toothpaste dispenser. The toothpaste dispenser according to the present invention dispenses toothpaste to a toothbrush using a vacuum suction force, and comprises: a tube insertion portion made of a flexible material, comprising a cylindrical upper block having a jointing flange portion formed along the circumference of the outer side surface, a fitting hole formed inside the upper block such that the entrance of a toothpaste tube is inserted therein, a first discharge nozzle formed on the lower portion of the fitting hole so as to allow a flow in one direction only from the upper portion of the fitting hole to the lower portion thereof, and a water-tight coupling fitting step spaced from the lower portion of the flange portion formed on the upper block by a predetermined distance and formed in a ring shape along the circumference of the outer side surface of the upper block; a toothpaste discharge portion made of a flexible material, comprising a cylindrical lower block having a toothpaste containing space formed therein so as to receive and contain toothpaste discharged from the lower portion of the tube insertion portion through the first nozzle, a watertight coupling portion, the upper end of which is connected to the lower surface of the jointing flange portion, which has a watertight coupling fitting groove formed on an inner side surface thereof such that the watertight coupling fitting step is coupled thereto in a press-fit type, and which is formed on the upper portion of the lower block, and a second discharge nozzle formed on the lower end of the lower block so as to allow a flow in one direction only from the toothpaste containing space to the lower portion; a standalone-type case, the toothpaste tube being fitted to the upper portion thereof, the rear surface thereof being fixed to a wall body, the case comprising upper and lower cases which receive and fix the toothpaste introduction portion and the toothpaste discharge portion corresponding thereto one-to-one, and which are screw-coupled so as to be assembled to and disassembled from each other; and a pressing table comprising hinge shafts formed on both sides of the upper portion thereof to be able to rotate while being coupled to the standalone-type case below the toothpaste discharge portion and a pressurization protrusion for pivoting about the hinge shafts and pressing the lower surface of the toothpaste discharge portion towards the upper portion, thereby generating a vacuum suction force, such that, when the user presses the pressing table by the toothbrush, the pressing table pivots and causes toothpaste to drop onto the toothbrush through the second discharge nozzle of the toothpaste discharge portion. Therefore, the present invention can use toothpaste tubes of various specifications, can simplify the assembly structure and simultaneously reduce the number of components, thereby reducing manufacturing costs, can seal the toothpaste containing space formed inside the toothpaste discharge portion such that the same is not filled with air, can make toothpaste evenly distributed and contained therein, can adjust the amount of toothpaste without interfering with the position correction means for adjusting the position in which toothpaste drops, can simplify the structure of the position correction means while guaranteeing that, even when the user repeatedly applies force to the pressing table, the toothpaste dropping position does not change, can be mounted inside a separate external case, can be used independently, and can be recycled easily.
