Abstract:
A dispersant for silica particles or ceria particles, comprising a component (A) and a component (B), wherein the component (A) comprises an acrylic acid copolymer having a constituent monomer unit comprising at least one monomer (A-1) selected from (meth)acrylic acid and salts thereof and a constituent monomer unit comprising a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester (A-2) having a C4-8 alkyl group, and the component (B) comprises an alcohol having 4 to 8 carbon atoms, and wherein the content of the component (B) is 1,000 to 30,000 ppm by weight relative to the content of the component (A).
