Abstract:
A new pigment dispersant of the below general formula (I), wherein R 1 is an aromatic or araliphatic or aliphatic hydrocarbyl radical; R 2 is aliphatic hydrocarbyl radical; a is a number from 0 to 20; b is a number from 5 to 50; and R 3 is one of following atoms or groups: hydrogen, sulfuric acid group, phosphate group, or sulfosuccinate group. In addition, a new pigment dispersant composition and a method for preparing the pigment dispersant composition are also provided.
