Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dispersible and fully-degradable spunlace nonwoven fabric being able to be quickly dispersed and fully degraded, a method for manufacture thereof and a production line therefor. The dispersible and fully-degradable spunlace nonwoven fabric is composed of 35-50% of zigzag flat viscose and 65-50% of wood pulp. Advantages: first, the dispersibility is good; second, the viscose of the dispersed nonwoven fabric is fully degraded, so that secondary pollution to the environment is avoided; and third, raw materials are pretreated, so that the characteristics of the materials themselves are greatly released, and therefore the forming strength of the nonwoven fabric under the dry state and the wet state is good.
