Abstract:
Provided are: a dispersion of cellulose nanofibers (CNF) and cellulose nanocrystals (CNC) which retains the physical properties even after having undergone drying and redispersion and which has a long pot-life; and a CNF/CNC composite having higher breaking strength and oxygen-gas barrier properties. The dispersion contains CNF having sulfuric acid ester groups and CNC having sulfuric acid ester groups. The composite comprises CNF having sulfuric acid ester groups and CNC having sulfuric acid ester groups.
