Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a dispersion liquid of composite particles that is for producing an exhaust-gas purifying catalyst in which the poisoning of catalyst metals by sulfur components is suppressed. The aforementioned objective can be achieved by a dispersion liquid comprising a dispersion medium, an organic base having a molecular weight of from 30 to 500, and composite particles that are dispersed in the dispersion medium and that include a first metal and a second metal, wherein: the first metal is palladium and/or platinum; and the second metal is a metal having a lower standard electrode potential than the standard electrode potential of the first metal.
