Abstract:
The present invention relates to a slurry for the formation of a semiconductor electrode layer for the purpose of obtaining a dye-sensitized solar cell which has a porous layer that is not susceptible to the occurrence of cracks, and which has higher conversion efficiency. This slurry for the formation of a semiconductor electrode layer contains two kinds of metal oxide semiconductor particles having different particle diameters. A semiconductor electrode layer obtained by coating and firing the slurry is not susceptible to the occurrence of cracks even if the film thickness thereof is 3-20 μm, and enables the achievement of high conversion efficiency.
