Abstract:

The present invention relates to a dispersion plate and a coating device including same. The present invention provides a dispersion plate comprising: multiple gas spray holes; and multiple spout nozzles, each of which comprises a cluster of densely arranged gas spray holes, wherein: one spout nozzle is disposed at the center of the dispersion plate, and multiple spout nozzles are arranged along multiple virtual concentric circles from the center of the dispersion plate to the edge thereof; and in relation to two adjacent virtual concentric circles, the number of spout nozzles arranged along the outer concentric circle with reference to the center of the dispersion plate is two times the number of spout nozzles arranged along the inner concentric circle with reference thereto, and the arrangement distance between spout nozzles arranged along the outer concentric circle is half the arrangement distance between spout nozzles arranged along the inner concentric circle.
