Abstract:
A dispersion of tin-doped indium oxide particles which comprises the tin-doped indium oxide particles, one or more dispersants, and a plasticizer having a boiling point of 200°C or higher, wherein the tin-doped indium oxide particles in water have a pH of 6.0-11.0 and the dispersants include at least one dispersant selected from the group consisting of dispersants A and dispersants B respectively represented by the following formulae.
