Abstract:
Disclosed is a displacement device having: a stator (1) comprising a first coil (11) and a second coil (12); and a mover platform (2) comprising a mover magnet array (21). The mover magnet array (21) at least comprises: a first magnet sub-array (A21), comprising a plurality of mutually parallel first magnet rows (L21) formed of first magnets (M21); a second magnet sub-array (A22) comprising a plurality of mutually parallel second magnet rows (L22) formed of second magnets (M22); and a third magnet sub-array (A23) comprising a plurality of mutually parallel third magnet rows (L23) formed of third magnets (M23), with the magnetic directions of the first magnets (M21), the second magnets (M22) and the third magnets (M23) being all substantively perpendicular to the second plane.Magnets with reverse magnetic directions exist in the second magnet sub-array (A22) or the third magnet sub-array (A23) stacked with a lead of a certain coil turn of the first coil (11) in the third direction, such that the mover platform (2) and the stator (1) act together to generate torque in the second direction and torque in the third direction.
