Abstract:
Provided is a displacement device (1). The device comprises: a stator magnet array (10), comprising first magnets (11) and second magnets (12), with the first magnets (11) and the second magnets (12) being periodically arranged in a first plane (X-Y plane); and a rotor (20), at least comprising a first X coil array (A11) formed by first X coils (L11) and a first Y coil array (A12) formed by first Y coils (L12), wherein a main body portion of the first X coil array (A11) is configured to be in a first conductor layer approximately parallel to the first plane (X-Y plane), a main body portion of the first Y coil array (A12) is configured to be in a second conductor layer approximately parallel to the first plane (X-Y plane), and the first conductor layer and the second conductor layer are configured to be separated at a certain interval in a direction perpendicular to the first plane (X-Y plane); a first X coil (L11) comprises a pair of first XX conductors (C111) extending in a first direction and a pair of first XY conductors (C112) extending in a second direction approximately perpendicular to the first direction, both the first direction and the second direction are approximately parallel to the first plane (X-Y plane), and in the first X coil (L11), at least one of the pair of first XX conductors (C111) is configured to be in the second conductor layer, and the pair of first XY conductors (C112) are both configured to be in the first conductor layer.
