Abstract:
This displacement increasing mechanism is equipped with: a fixed part 2; first and second actuators 3 and 4 connected to the fixed part 2; a first beam 5 having first and second ends 5a and 5b, the first end 5a being connected to the first actuator 3; a second beam 6 having third and fourth ends 6b and 6c, the third end 6b being connected to the second actuator 4; and a driven member 7 connected to a parallel arrangement part 56 in which the first and second beams 5 and 6 are arranged in parallel. The first actuator 3 drives the first beam 5 so as to pull from the second end 5b side in the extending direction thereof, and the second actuator 4 drives the second beam 6 so as to push from the fourth end 6c side in the extending direction thereof.
