Abstract:
A displacement measurement device based on a spiral resistor, comprising: a position sensing module (10) connected to a control module (20) and configured to sense a position signal of a measured object and transmit the position signal to the control module (20); the control module (20) connected to a drive module (30), configured to control, according to the position signal, the drive module (30) to drive a spiral track resistor (40) to move, and used to determine a current position value of the measured object according to an output resistance of the spiral track resistor (40) and to determine a displacement offset value of the measured object according to the current position value and an initial position value of the measured object; and the spiral track resistor (40) connected to the drive module (30), driven by the drive module (30) to move to change the output resistance, and determining the current position value of the measured object. Also disclosed is a corresponding measurement method, and a displacement of the measured object is determined according to a corresponding relationship between the output resistance of the spiral track resistor (40) and a position of the measured object, thus realizing a high-precision measurement of the displacement of the measured object.
