Abstract:
This displacement measurement device 10 comprises: an entire-plane displacement measurement unit 11 that, from time-series images of an object, measures an entire-plane displacement on a specific surface of the object; an in-plane displacement measurement unit 12 that, from the entire-plane displacement and the time-series images, measures an in-plane displacement on the specific surface of the object; a reference signal generating unit 13 that, from the entire-plane displacement and the in-plane displacement, generates a reference signal, the level of which changes in accordance with stress produced in the specific surface of the object; and a corresponding component extraction unit 14 that, by using the reference signal and the in-plane displacement, extracts, from the in-plane displacement, an in-plane displacement component that changes in correspondence with a change in the stress produced in the specific surface of the object.
