To output the ground surface displacement of a region including a location where ground surface displacement cannot be acquired using SAR while avoiding outputting the ground surface displacement of a prescribed region, a displacement output device according to this invention comprises: a displacement acquisition means for acquiring a first ground surface displacement at a first location from a synthetic aperture radar; a displacement estimation means for using the acquired first ground surface displacement to estimate a second ground surface displacement at a second location different from the first location; a displacement extraction means for extracting, from the first ground surface displacement and second ground surface displacement, at least one from among the first ground surface displacement and second ground surface displacement included in a preset first region; and an output means for outputting at least one from among the first ground surface displacement and second ground surface displacement included in the first region.
