Provided are a display apparatus, a heat dissipation film layer, an electronic device, and a method for fabricating a display apparatus. The display apparatus comprises: a silicon-based organic light-emitting display panel, comprising a silicon substrate, a first pole of a display device, an organic light-emitting layer, and a second pole of the display device, arranged stacked in sequence; a flexible circuit board, electrically connected to the silicon substrate; a heat dissipation film layer is arranged on the non-display side of the silicon-based organic light-emitting display panel, and extends to the flexible circuit board to cover at least a part of the flexible circuit board; a gate drive circuit, data drive circuit, and pixel circuit are integrated on the silicon substrate, and the flexible circuit board is configured to transmit an electrical signal to the gate drive circuit, the data drive circuit, and the second pole of the display device. The display apparatus can achieve heat dissipation of the silicon-based organic light-emitting display panel and the flexible circuit board by means of using the heat dissipation film layer, and the display quality of the display apparatus is improved.
