Abstract:
A display apparatus and a UI providing method are disclosed. The display apparatus includes a display configured to display a plurality of screens on a first area of a display screen and a plurality of objects categorized into a plurality of groups on a second area of the display screen, a user interface configured to detect a user interaction, and a controller configured to control the display to reproduce a content which correspondsto the selected object according to the predetermined user interaction on one of the plurality of screens in response to a predetermined user interaction being detected through a user interface while one object is selected among the plurality of objects.
