The present invention has: an operation signal receiving unit (12) that receives operation signals, i.e., wireless signals; a selection signal receiving unit (11) that receives selection signals, i.e., wireless signals, which have narrower directivity than the operation signals; and a control unit (13), which operates corresponding to the operation signals, on the basis of a selection signal reception state of the selection signal receiving unit (12), and an operation signal reception state of the operation signal receiving unit (11).
