Abstract:
The present invention relates to a display apparatus using a semiconductor light-emitting device and a manufacturing method therefor and, particularly, the display apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting devices; a plurality of pair electrodes having first and second wiring electrodes respectively extending from the semiconductor light-emitting devices so as to supply an electrical signal to the semiconductor light-emitting devices, and first and second electrodes arranged on a substrate and generating an electric field when a current is supplied thereto; and a dielectric layer formed to cover the pair electrodes, wherein the first and second wiring electrodes are formed on an opposite side of the plurality of pair electrodes with respect to the semiconductor light-emitting devices.
