Abstract:

A display apparatus is disclosed. A display apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a housing; at least one roller disposed within the housing; a display unit comprising a display panel and a module cover; a motor assembly; an upper bar coupled to the upper portion of the display unit; a drive unit comprising at least one support unit, of which one end is coupled to both ends of the upper bar and the other end is coupled to the motor assembly, to raise the upper bar; and an encoder disposed to be spaced apart from the at least one roller within the housing, wherein the display panel and the module cover are in one of two states: a first state in which the display panel and the module cover are wound on the at least one roller; and a second state in which the display panel and the module cover are unwound from the at least one roller and in contact with each other, and exposed to the outside of the housing, the at least one support comprises: an upper link of which one end is coupled to the upper bar; a lower link of which one end is coupled to the motor assembly; and a hinge for connecting the upper link and the lower link, and the encoder is coupled to a rotation axis of one end of the lower link. According to the present invention, since an encoder comprises two sensors, a control unit can easily distinguish the first state from the second state.
