Abstract:
The present invention provides a display apparatus having a novel configuration. This display apparatus has a display surface, a non-rectangular flexible substrate that forms part of the display surface, and a light emitting device formed on the flexible substrate, the light emitting device having a pixel region formed in a matrix shape, and the display surface having a region with a protruding or recessed shape by bending part of the non-rectangular flexible substrate. The present invention can implement a novel light emitting apparatus, a novel display apparatus, a novel input/output apparatus or a novel semiconductor apparatus. The use of this display apparatus makes it possible to increase the design flexibility of the display apparatus and improve the design characteristic of the display apparatus.
