Abstract:
A semiconductor light-emitting device comprises a light-emitting unit, a first electrode, a second electrode, and a conductive adhesive layer. The light-emitting unit may have a first region, a second region, and a third region between the first region and the second region. The first electrode may be arranged on the first region of the light-emitting unit, and the second electrode may be arranged on the second region of the light-emitting unit. The conductive adhesive layer may be arranged on the first electrode and the second electrode. The conductive adhesive layer includes a base member and a plurality of conductive balls fixed to the base member at equal intervals.
