Abstract:
A display apparatus (1) according to the present invention projects an image onto a windshield having a curved surface shape and provided in a vehicle and displays a virtual image. The display apparatus (1) comprises: an image generation device (20) for generating light (image light) showing an image; and a light guide body (30) having an emission hologram element (43) having a non-rectangular quadrangular shape. The emission hologram element (43) emits the light showing the image and propagating through the light guide body (30) toward the windshield.
