Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a display assembly, a display apparatus, and a manufacturing method. The display assembly comprises: a substrate; a display device provided in a display region of the substrate; a packaging film covering the display device; a drive circuit provided in a non-display region of the substrate; a chip-on-film bound to the drive circuit; and a support portion provided in the non-display region of the substrate and located at an outer side of the packaging film, wherein the support portion is configured to prevent the chip-on-film from pressing against the packaging film. The solution of the present disclosure provides the support portion at the outer side of the packaging film to prevent the chip-on-film from pressing against the packaging film, thereby effectively lowering the likelihood of damage to the packaging film, and accordingly ensuring proper sealing of the display device.
