Abstract:
Disclosed is an electronic device comprising: a display; a first sensor located on a first surface of a housing including the display; a second sensor located on a second surface of the housing; and a processor for determining a state of the electronic device on the basis of at least a part of first sensing information acquired by the first sensor, acquiring second sensing information from the second sensor on the basis of the result of the determination, and determining the brightness of the display on the basis of at least one of the first sensing information and the second sensing information, wherein the second sensor comprises a sensor for detecting light.
