Abstract:
[Problem] To achieve a more appropriate image display that is in accordance with the state in which a user is to view the image. [Solution] Provided is a display control apparatus comprising: a display control unit that displays, on a display unit, and in time series, a plurality of images in accordance with effect information that is set for each of the images; an aspect ratio determining unit that determines the aspect ratio of the display unit; and an effect information selection unit that selects, from among a plurality of effect information set for each of a plurality of aspect ratios, effect information that matches the aspect ratio of the display unit as effect information to be used in displaying the plurality of images.
