Abstract:
Provided are a display control device, a display control method and a display control program with which a user can understand the details of a scene of interest, and understand a summary of other scenes. A display control device 10 is provided with: a moving image acquiring unit 25 which acquires a moving image including an event frame group, which is a set of frames associated with an event; an event selection accepting unit 22 which accepts one or a plurality of event selections from a user; and a moving image display control unit 21a which causes the moving image to be displayed in such a way that a reproduction speed of a first frame group associated with one or a plurality of events related to the selection accepted by the event selection accepting unit 22, from among the event frame group, is different from the reproduction speed of a second frame group other than the first frame group.
