Abstract:
A display control device (16) comprises: a proximity determination unit (21) that determines whether or not a driver's hand is present within a detection range set on the front side of a touch operation surface (11a) on the basis of a result of detecting an object that is present within the detection range, the result of detection being transmitted from a proximity detection device (12); an allocation change unit (23a) that, if it is determined by the proximity determination unit (21) that the driver's hand is present within the detection range, changes the operation allocations for the touch operation surface (11a); and a display output unit (26a) that, if the operation allocations for the touch operation surface (11a) are changed by the allocation change unit (23a), outputs, to an HUD (14), allocation information for displaying display allocations (14b, 14c) corresponding to the changed operation allocations (111, 112) on the HUD (14).
