Abstract:
An air purifier comprises a detection device, calculates the relative value of the number of bacteria detected out of floating particles in the air by the detection device with respect to a prescribed total value (S103), and determines the center angle α corresponding to the relative value (S105). Regarding the number of the floating particles in the air, which are detected by the detection device and other than the bacteria, as the number of dust particles, the relative value of the number of dust particles with respect to the prescribed total value is calculated (S107), and the center angle β corresponding to the relative value is determined (S109). On a display panel, a circle graph displays the amount of the number of bacteria as a bacteria meter by the area from the start position to the angle α, and displays the number of the dust as a dust meter by the area to the angle β following the area as the bacteria meter. Simultaneously, the circle graph displays the amount of both of the particles in the air as a pollution meter by the area to the angle γ being the sum of the center angles of the bacteria meter and the dust meter (S115).
