Abstract:
A display controller is provided with a pixel stable write period wherein a voltage
outputted from a gate driver (4) is at a high level in one horizontal period of the
display device. The display controller is also provided with a first pixel stable
write period determining circuit (70) which determines the pixel stable write
period wherein the voltage is at the high level by using a reference signal not
dependent on the frame rate a display device (1). Thus, the pixel stable write
period can be of a desired value, not depending on the frame rate change.
