Abstract:
A display controller which controls display of virtual keys displayed on a touch-detectable display section comprises a touch position detection section which detects the touch position on the display section by an external operation means, a candidate key selection section which determines a predetermined region based on the touch position and selects a virtual key overlapping the predetermined region as a candidate key, a touch size measuring section which measures the longitudinal or lateral length of the touch region on the display section by an external operation means, and a display control section which controls the display section so that the candidate keys are displayed at intervals, which is longer than the longitudinal or lateral length of the touch region measured by the touch size measuring section, in the longitudinal or lateral direction. Consequently, display of virtual keys can be controlled so that incorrect input can be prevented when information is inputted using a virtual key which is displayed on the touch-detectable display section.
