Abstract:
Disclosed is a display device that displays to a user in an easily understood manner the error between the commanded command position of a particular portion of a subject of control and the response position of said particular portion. The display device acquires the response position of the particular portion that is on the basis of a command value, and calculates the positional difference between the command position and the response position. The display device determines whether or not the difference is at or above a threshold. The display device displays on a screen a spatial trajectory that is on the basis of the command position or a spatial trajectory that is on the basis of the response position, and a mark indicating the portion of said spatial trajectory that has been determined to be at or above the threshold. Furthermore, the display device displays each spatial trajectory on the screen (11) in an embodiment that enlarges the spatial trajectory of the command position of the portion corresponding to a selected mark (FB9) and the spatial trajectory of the response position corresponding to said spatial trajectory by the same scaling factor and with which each of said enlarged spatial trajectories overlap each other.
