Abstract:
In order to detect ambient light at highly sensitivity with a simple configuration and improve user satisfaction, this display device is equipped with: a clock unit (13) that obtains the current time; an ambient environment identification section (22) that identifies an external light state around the device and determines a color temperature of a screen to be displayed on a display unit (15) by using the identified external light state and the current time; and a display control section (24) that performs the displaying at the determined color temperature.
