Abstract:
A display device comprises: an image acquisition unit for acquiring a plurality of image signals; a display unit for displaying an image represented by an image signal acquired by the image acquisition unit; a position detection unit for detecting a position indicated by a pointing body on a screen displayed on the display unit; a drawing unit for drawing within the screen in accordance with the positions detected by the position detection unit; an operation detection unit for detecting an operation carried out on the screen using the pointing body; and a screen dividing unit for, when the operation detection unit detects a first operation, dividing the screen displayed on the display unit into a plurality of regions in accordance with the positions detected by the position detection unit and allocating the images represented by the image signals acquired by the image acquisition unit to each region so that the plurality of regions displays mutually different images.
