Abstract:
The present application discloses a display device and a device control method. The method comprises: when content of a specified application needs to be presented at a local end of a display device, firstly determining whether the local end of the display device is in a speaker mode; if the local end of the display device is in the speaker mode, exiting the speaker mode first, and then switching a usage state of a display to a screen-on state, so as to present the content of the specified application in the display, and when the specified application is exited, switching the usage state of the display to a screen-off state, so as to control the display device to enter the speaker mode again; and if the local end of the display device is not in the speaker mode, directly presenting the specified application in the display, and when the running of the specified application is completed, directly exiting the specified application. It can be seen that by means of the method, an intelligent terminal and the display device, screen-on and screen-off states of a display can be quickly switched according to an application scenario, such that application content is presented in the display in a timely manner, and the user experience is good.
