Abstract:
Provided is a display device including a correction means (50) which performs a gradation correction on display data (R, G, B) corresponding to a data signal to be written into a pixel during a specific horizontal interval if the specific horizontal interval is allocated for writing a data signal into a pixel. The specific horizontal intervals in the drive signals of the auxiliary capacitance bus lines are the horizontal intervals in cycle intervals having the same ordinal rank, when counted starting from a cycle including a horizontal interval used to initiate the writing of a data signal to a pixel, following the number of horizontal intervals from the first horizontal interval of a cycle interval having the same ordinal rank to the horizontal interval in which one or both of the binary levels differs from the other drive signals.
