Abstract:
Provided is a high-definition display device. Also provided is a compact display device. A first layer and a second layer are provided layered on each other in a display device. The first layer comprises a gate driver circuit and a source driver circuit, and the second layer comprises a display unit. The gate driver circuit and the source driver circuit are provided so as to have a region overlapping the display unit. Moreover, the gate driver circuit and the source driver circuit are not clearly separated and have regions that overlap. At least five each of the gate driver circuit and the source driver circuit can be provided.
