Abstract:
The present invention quickly displays video having a sense of depth or a pop-out effect. A depth determination unit (12) determines a depth indicating how far back or forward to display a visual object in an output video relative to display screens (20, 20') in a video display device (25), and an output video generation unit (13) generates an output video by alternatingly arranging pixels which are offset by a pixel offset amount corresponding to the depth determined by the depth determination unit (12).
