Abstract:
A display device comprises: a drive substrate having a first face and a second face; and a plurality of light-emitting elements provided on the first face. The drive substrate includes: a plurality of drive transistors that drive each of the plurality of light-emitting elements and are provided on the second face; a plurality of through electrodes penetrating between the first and second faces; and a plurality of connection parts that connect the diffusion layer of each drive transistor and each through electrode and are provided on the second face. The connection part includes a semiconductor layer or a semiconductor compound layer.
