Abstract:
Disclosed are a display device and a head-mounted display. The display device comprises a display panel and a polarization converter. The polarization converter comprises an absorption polarizer, a first quarter-wave plate, a transflective mirror, a second quarter-wave plate, and a reflective polarizer which are sequentially arranged on the same side of the display panel; the display device further comprises a first phase retardation film, a second phase retardation film, and a third phase retardation film; the first phase retardation film is disposed between the absorption polarizer and the transflective mirror; the second phase retardation film is disposed between the transflective mirror and the reflective polarizer; the third phase retardation film is disposed between the absorption polarizer and the reflective polarizer.
