Abstract:
Provided are a display device image processing method and system, a computer program, a storage medium and a device. The method comprises the following steps: analysing a video input signal to obtain a histogram and an average brightness value of a video frame image; adjusting a backlight brightness according to the average brightness value and outputting an adjusted brightness signal to a backlight source; and dynamically boosting a data level of the video input signal according to the histogram, and outputting the adjusted video signal to a liquid crystal panel. In the present invention, the contrast, depth of field and layering sense of a picture are improved while the power consumption is reduced by dynamically reducing a backlight brightness and dynamically boosting a data level of a video image; and the picture quality is well improved while the energy is saved.
