Abstract:
The present specification discloses a display device in which a toolbar capable of adjusting transparency is displayed, and a control method therefor. The display device according to the present specification comprises: an output unit for displaying a screen including a toolbar; a sensing unit for sensing a user's input to the screen; and a control unit for controlling the output unit to display a screen corresponding to the user's input received by the sensing unit, wherein the toolbar includes a transparency control input window, and the control unit may control the transparency of the toolbar in response to a user's input to the transparency control input window. According to an aspect of the present invention in the present specification, a user can identify a content displayed even in a part hidden by a toolbar and, further, can make various inputs such as a handwriting input, etc. through controlling the transparency of the toolbar.
