Abstract:
A display device, comprising a display screen, a storage battery unit, and a control chip. The display screen comprises sub-pixel units. The sub-pixel unit comprises a gate line and a fingerprint signal line crossing each other, a transistor, a solar cell module, and a light-emitting device. The gate of the transistor is electrically connected to the gate line. The solar cell module comprises a first electrode, a light sensing device, and a second electrode which are sequentially stacked. The first electrode is electrically connected to the drain of the transistor. The light sensing device is used for converting an optical signal into an electrical signal. The light-emitting device is spaced from the solar cell module. The storage battery unit is electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode. The control chip is electrically connected to the source of the transistor by means of the fingerprint signal line. When light emitted by the light-emitting device is reflected to the light sensing device by a finger touching the display screen, the transistor is turned on, the light sensing device generates a corresponding fingerprint signal, and the control chip stores and identifies the fingerprint signal.
